As a modern building material, glass is manufactured by standardized manufacturing methods and is used as curtain walls and windows in urban areas to ensure light and visibility while, at the same time, blocking external traffic noise.
However, glass used in rural areas does not require similar properties, so it can be a wild material. In contrast to standardized urban counterparts, rural glass does not block external sound, but instead aims to collect and amplify external sound for users and occupants.
Urban glass, on the other hand, is mostly industrialized glass and is manufactured in the same way as multiple identical units, resulting in a plain, limited and boring structure.
Therefore, we propose localized wild glass that can be freely manufactured using traditional blowing glass technology. With this technology and local craftsmanship, you can easily create free-form structures such as cones that can receive and amplify natural sounds. These wild glass spatialized structures can be placed in rural forests, receiving sounds of animals and plants around the environment.
